Ornament Exchanges I Stitched and Sent
Now that my partners have received their packages I can post some pictures. This first ornament is a freebie from The Sampler Girl that I stitched for Rachel from the USEBB. The fabric is Toffee 28ct hand painted evenweave from Sassy's.
I stitched this Santa from Homespun Elegance for my SBEBB partner Su. I'm not particularly fond of Santas but I like this one. The beard and collar are stitched with Whisper so they are fuzzy which makes a nice contrast. The fabric on this one was DMC linen which I hated working with. It felt like stitching on a small mesh window screen.

Your exchange ornaments are lovely! I expecially like the Sampler Girl one.
Had to LOL, about the DMC linen comment. I tried it recently because I had a 50% off coupon at Michael's...the wire mess comment is SO true and it unravels easily as well when your sewing it up and stuffing it...or least mine did on the ornament I made...YUCK!
I love both of your ornaments! You always do such a nice job with your exchanges!
I love my ornie and all the lovely goodies that you sent for me -Thankyou so much its really, really lovely.
